I do appreciate the personal manner in which the firm communicates with me and the fact that my attorney and especially the paralegal Miguel who always seems like he's doing whatever he can do to push things along for working on my case and Fernando who seems so knowledgeable too. If you're looking for a law firm who's gonna fight for you don't hesitate on hiring these guys. I dropped my last attorney when things went dormant, and I wasn't hearing back from them. From day one these guys made me feel like family. Transparency is very important to me and both my case manager and her assistant have been very patient with me in explaining the entire process during my case. I have always considered myself lucky that I never had an accident up until six months ago. I fell at a grocery store in Downtown LA. My husband had seen on YouTube an ad for a personal injury lawyer and we decided to call. At first, I was very hesitant and did not know what to expect since I have never hired a lawyer in my entire life but I cannot thank this law firm enough for everything they have done and continue doing for me and my family. I'm not sure if every law firm has a concierge department but these guys do and they go above and beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of throughout this lengthy and difficult process. So far I've had one surgery on my shoulder and I'm scheduled to have surgery on my knee next month. I have received from them flowers, phone calls from the actual attorney and my case manager Martha has been on top of the case.
